Kings Films LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through kings-films.com (the "Site") and in the course of providing our wedding film services.
By using the Site or inquiring about our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you give us directly
When you submit an inquiry through our Site, book our services, or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Your name and your partner's name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your wedding date, venue, and location
- Details about your wedding and the services you're interested in
- Any other information you choose to share in your message or during our conversations
When you book our services, we additionally collect information necessary to provide those services and process payment, which may include billing details and contract information.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, limited technical information is collected automatically, such as your general location at city or region level, the pages you visit, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the Site. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read, Microsoft Clarity to see how those pages are actually navigated, and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising is reaching the right couples. These services set cookies in your browser, and the information they collect is processed by Google, Microsoft, and Meta under their own privacy policies. The Cookies section below explains how to turn them off.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your wedding
- Provide, coordinate, and deliver our wedding film services
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Process payments for booked services
- Send you service-related communications throughout your booking (planning check-ins, timeline coordination, delivery of your film, and similar)
- Improve our Site and our services
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share what you send us through the inquiry form, including your name, email, wedding date, and venue, with advertisers. We do use the anonymous activity described in the Cookies section to measure our own advertising.
How we share your information
We share your information only as necessary to operate our business and provide our services. Specifically, we may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us run our business, including:
- Customer and project management tools that store your inquiry and project details
- Email service providers used to communicate with you
- Scheduling and meeting tools used to arrange and document consultation calls
- Electronic signature providers used to deliver and sign contracts
- Payment processors used to bill and collect payment for booked services
- File delivery and gallery platforms used to deliver your finished films

Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Some are necessary for the Site to work. The rest fall into two groups.
Understanding the Site. Google Analytics tells us which pages people read and how they found us. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized interactions with a page, so we can see where something is confusing. Neither tells us who you are.
Measuring our advertising. The Meta Pixel tells us when an inquiry came from an ad on Facebook or Instagram, and lets us show our films to people whose interests resemble those of couples we have already worked with. Meta processes this activity under its own terms and may use it to build advertising audiences.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Turning any of this off does not affect your ability to inquire, to book, or to receive your film.
Consultation call recordings
If we schedule a video consultation call with you, we may use a note-taking and transcription tool to record and transcribe the call. We do this so we can be fully present during our conversation and accurately remember the details of your wedding vision. We will inform you at the start of any call that recording is taking place, and you may decline. Transcripts and notes are stored securely with your project information and used only to serve you.
How we store and protect your information
We store your information using reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security measures. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and business record-keeping obligations
